Fun Run 2022 is on Thursday, November 17 in the HP Quarry. Fun Run is a fun and creative way to engage our HP kiddos to raise money for our school and our community.
This year, Scotties will be raising funds for new accessible playground equipment inclusive of adjustable basketball goals and an accessible stage for students to use with musical playground equipment, an idea developed from our counselor team and our HP students. In addition to accessible playground equipment, 20% of our fundraising dollars will support MacCares, a critical service available within our vertical team.
Our fundraising goal is $15,000 and we need your help to reach it!
3 Easy Steps to Support Our Scotties
Step 1: Donate! Make an online donation here.
- All STUDENTS who get an online donation of *any* amount receive an HP Fun Run water bottle.
- The first CLASS to get 100% participation in online donations wins a pizza party.
- The CLASS that raises the most money in online donations wins a pizza party.
- The GRADE that raises the most money in online donations + in person sales wins an epic silly string party (or Freaky Friday centers day for Kinder).
- And, finally, if our SCHOOL meets the $15,000 fundraising goal, everyone gets a PJ day and Principal Pena will work from the roof!
Step 2: Shop! Support a grade-level student-led fundraiser Nov. 14-16.
In the week leading up to Fun Run, each grade will hold a grade-level before or after school sale at the flagpole. The "shop" schedule is below. On the day of Fun Run, we welcome all our HP caregivers to come cheer on your Scottie as he/she runs laps around the HP Quarry! Signs, pom poms and noisemakers will be available for purchase to enhance our caregiver cheering section!
